Pilot terms
Grounded Inbox is currently offered as a limited, invitation-only pilot. By using the pilot, you agree to these terms.
Authorized use
You may connect only inboxes and knowledge content that you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy of approved knowledge and for each reply you approve before sending.
Pilot status
The service is evolving and may change, be paused, or be discontinued. Pilot access is personal to the invited account and may be revoked if it is used outside the agreed pilot scope.
No autonomous decisions
Grounded Inbox provides triage and drafting assistance. It does not replace professional, legal, financial, housing, emergency, or other human judgment. You must review each proposed response before approving it for send.
