Private pilot
Pilot privacy notice
This notice describes how Grounded Inbox handles information during its invitation-only pilot. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to hello@fourthrise.com.
Information we process
When a team is invited, we process authenticated account information, connected Gmail or Google Workspace message content and metadata, approved knowledge-base content, generated drafts, approval decisions, and audit records needed to operate the workspace.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide inbox triage, grounding, escalation, human approval, and customer support for the pilot. Grounded Inbox does not send a message automatically; an approved human action is required before sending.
Service providers and Google data
The pilot uses Google services for authentication and Gmail access, Firebase Authentication for identity, Neon for application data, Anthropic for message classification and drafting, and OpenAI for embeddings used to retrieve approved knowledge. If optional analytics are enabled on our public pages, we use Google Analytics only after a visitor chooses to allow it. Analytics does not read inbox messages or message text. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google data is used only to provide the requested inbox workflow.
Retention and deletion
The pilot does not yet have an automated retention purge. Information is retained only while needed to operate the pilot or until a deletion request is completed. You may request workspace deletion at any time by emailing us. You may also revoke Grounded Inbox's Google access directly in your Google Account permissions.
Security
OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Access to a workspace is scoped to authenticated, invited accounts, and outgoing email remains behind an explicit approval gate. See our security overview for more detail.
Updates
We may update this pilot notice as the service matures. Material changes will be communicated to active pilot teams.
